Which makes ownership a better argument here than almost anywhere. A one-off build against a subscription that never ends changes the arithmetic most for the businesses with the least room in it.
What we see in Adelaide
Food, health and services, all on national software pricing.
South Australia’s food, wine and manufacturing businesses run into the same inventory limits as anywhere else: contract pricing per customer, consignment stock and freight allocation. Those three do not fit an off-the-shelf system and they are where the spreadsheets go. That is wholesale and distribution.

How it actually works

We are in Sydney. We do not have an office in your city and we are not going to imply one with a virtual address, because you would find out and it would be the first thing you learned about how we operate.
What that means in practice: the mapping sessions are video calls, usually two or three of them, with whoever actually does the work rather than only the owner. The build runs in weekly demos you can watch. Handover is a recorded walkthrough plus documentation, so it survives the person who sat in the meetings leaving.
The part that matters is the same time zone. Not being in your city is a minor inconvenience. Being twelve hours behind you, which is where a lot of cheap development sits, is a project risk.

Can we meet in person?
If you are in Sydney, yes, and it is worth doing when the business is complicated enough that showing us beats describing it. From Adelaide, video calls do the same job and we would rather put the travel budget into the build.
