What that means in practice: the mapping sessions are video calls, usually two or three of them, with whoever actually does the work rather than only the owner. The build runs in weekly demos you can watch. Handover is a recorded walkthrough plus documentation, so it survives the person who sat in the meetings leaving.
The part that matters is the same time zone. Not being in your city is a minor inconvenience. Being twelve hours behind you, which is where a lot of cheap development sits, is a project risk.

Do you have an office in Brisbane?
No, and we are not going to pretend otherwise with a virtual address. We are at 159 Epping Road, Macquarie Park in Sydney. Everything is delivered remotely, and we will say so before you ask rather than after.
Do you understand Queensland trade licensing and compliance?
We build the system that records and prompts your obligations, defined by you or your adviser. We do not interpret licensing requirements for you, and any developer who says they will is offering you a comfortable feeling rather than a control.
What does a custom build cost for a Queensland business?
The same as anywhere: Basic $5,000, Premium $9,000, Complex from $18,000, fixed before anything starts. Location does not change the price, and we publish it on a page rather than behind a form.
Can we meet in person?
If you are in Sydney, yes, and it is worth doing when the business is complicated enough that showing us beats describing it. From Brisbane, video calls do the same job and we would rather put the travel budget into the build.
