Sydney
Custom software development, here.
We are in Macquarie Park, on Epping Road. Close enough to north Sydney, the Hills and the northern suburbs to be in your office for the day that matters, and set up to run everything after that remotely.
We build bespoke CRM and business software for Australian businesses, and hand it over complete.
Why local matters, and where it does not
One day in the room is worth six weeks of calls.
Almost all of this work is remote, and we are not going to pretend otherwise to sell a location. Code gets written the same way in Macquarie Park as it does anywhere else, and the weekly reviews are a screen share.
The exception is the map day, and it is a big exception. Sitting in a workshop watching a job sheet get handed across a bench, or standing at a reception desk during the morning rush, tells you what people actually do rather than what they say they do in a meeting. That day decides the whole build, and being an hour away rather than a flight away is why it happens properly.
What being here actually gets you
- A map day on site, in your office or workshop, not over video
- Someone in your timezone for the whole build, not an overnight handover
- A meeting in person when something needs deciding face to face
- Australian business context: Xero and MYOB, GST, the ATO, local suppliers
Where we work from
159 Epping Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113. Custom CRMs is a venture of Webstallion, an Australian web and software studio, and the clients we build websites for are mostly Sydney businesses: dental practices, medical clinics, advisory firms, pest control and joinery among them.
Common questions
Working with a Sydney developer.
Where in Sydney are you based?
Macquarie Park, on Epping Road, which puts us on the northern side of the city between Chatswood and Parramatta. Practically that means north Sydney, the Hills and the northern suburbs are a short drive, and anywhere in the metro area is reachable for a map day.
Do you need to be on site?
For the map day, we would rather be. Watching how work actually moves through an office or a workshop tells you things a video call never will, and it is the day the whole build gets decided. After that, everything works remotely.
Do you only work with Sydney businesses?
No. The build, the reviews and the handover all work remotely and we work with businesses across Australia. Sydney simply means we can turn up in person for the part where turning up matters.
What kind of Sydney businesses do you build for?
Businesses whose software bill has grown past roughly $750 a month because it is priced per person or per client, and businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and found nothing on the market that fits. Trades, clinics, recruiters, professional services and wholesalers all sit in that shape.
Where to next
Bring your worst spreadsheet.
A discovery call runs about thirty minutes. We map how you actually work, tell you honestly whether a bespoke build is worth it for a business your size, and add up what you would stop paying.
